Here's a few pictures of the lot we bought in Riverton. ...and a few interesting points:
- It's a third acre lot
- It's pie shaped
- It's a very "interesting" lot (shape, slope, location)
- It's in a circle - - called Silvery Creek Cv
- It doesn't have any "neighbors", just a canal on one side and a creek on the other
- It had most of the fence up when we bought it
- It has a great view of the mountains (Kennecott & Wasatch mountain tops)
- It's near the District (shopping, movies, restaurants, etc)
- It has a pathway along the creek

This is where great creativity comes into play when we get to it! LoL
