Here's our little AauBEE on Halloween!
She was so cute and so excited to get all dressed up!

Aaubre was a little confused at first as to what the heck we were doing, but as soon as she figured out that people were giving her CANDY she would run as fast as her little legs could carry her and book it (a fast walk for us *lol*) to the next neighbor!
It was so much fun to see her excitement! We came upon one house that was also dressed in costume, a SCARY costume, so I guess you could say she really did some TRICK-or-TREATING! haha she approached the next few doors after that with caution, just in case they totally freaked her out, but as long as Mommy or Daddy got the candy for her she was ok :)
We loved taking her out this year - brought back the good ol' memories of when we were kids.... staying out so late that almost all porch lights were turned off, which meant, they were either out of candy or just poor sports and didn't answer their doors. Or how we'd have jack-o-lanterns or pillow cases and they'd always came back over flowing with goodies!! Awh the good ol' days!!
We reminisced about it and then thought to ourselves, MAN how days have changed!! There is absolutely NO way we would let Aaubre go trick-or-treating w/o parent supervision. Granted this is what we are saying now, we have many many years (that, unfortunately, will fly by way too fast) before we get to those teenage years, so who really knows for sure??... our thinking may change by then, but as of right NOW - HEYYY'LL no!! There are way to many weirdos and wackos out there!! I couldn't imaging sending a bunch of teenage girls out, in the dark, surrounded by tunz of crazy costumed people that could easily trick their way into taking my "little" girl (I "quoted" little because we all know that when we were that age, we were anything but little. We were old and so cool and could do whatever and take care of ourselves! Pfftt... yah right! Looking back, its crazy for me to think how "little" we really were!) Again, who knows? I may change my mind when that time comes but as of now, that's my two cents and I'm stickin' to it! LoL
....anways, enough of my ranting and back to the FUN!!
Here we are skippin' from house to house in grandma Natalie's circle
